Information collected by AsiaUsedCars.com is 2 fold; (1) information supplied by vendors and users when listing a vehicle or parts for sale and other services, advertise or other promotional contest, perform a search, or inquire about a vehicle, parts or other services offered through this website and (2) tracking information gathered as visitors navigate through our website and review our email newsletters and other email messages. Third-party providers featured on or linked to by our website, such as vendors of products and services offered through our site, may be gathering information, as well, through processes we don't control.
Searches and Listings
You need to provide limited information of whereabouts of you and your interest for us to tailor certain features on this website to serve your interests. We ask you to provide this information when you perform a search. We use this information to help you find the car you're searching. If you find a listing that interests you and elect to send the seller or vendor an email through our website, we'll share with the seller the contact information you supply through our online "Contact Seller" form. When you become a mini-site on AsiaUsedCars.com, we ask you to provide information about yourself and your company (such as your name, address, and email address). Any credit card information you provide for membership fees is handled by third party world famous internet credit card payment handling company only. We have no control over this process and we never come to know your credit card information. You pay the third party credit card payment handling company and we receive the payment from them. We cannot guarantee the security of such third party internet credit card payment companies and when you decide to pay by credit you do it at your own risk. AsiaUsedCars.com never asks you to email your credit card or other sensitive information. Further, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. And, of course, any information you include in a vehicle listing is available to anyone with Internet access.
